Notice of cancellation must be made in writing, fax or email to Club Med.

Airfares – where a cancellation occurs after air tickets have been issued, a charge of the applicable airfare may be retained by the Airline.

 

 

   
  Can I make changes to my booking?
 

 

 
 
No administration fee will be charged outside 30 days by us for the amendment to your Club Med holiday booking for any guest unless the travel documents have been issued. Any other amendment will incur a charge. In all cases you must notify us of the amendment in writing or by fax, pay all resulting charges levied by airlines and other carriers, and pay us all additional  charges and increases in the holidays cost, prior to the guest’s scheduled departure. Where an amendment occurs after air tickets have been issued, airline cancellation fees will apply.
   
 
  What happens if I decided to check out of the Village early than I have booked?
   
 

As there is no refund for cancellations made after departure, 100% of initial package price will be retained. Airline and other transportation administration fees are applicable.

   
 
  What happens if I decided to cancel pre-booked services in the Village?
   
 

No refund will be given for unutilised services (i.e. Golf, Spa treatments, Petit Club Med, etc) that were pre-booked.

   
 
  What is the Club Med Voucher?
   
 

The Voucher is a printed confirmation of your booking and your receipt / invoice. You will receive it in your Wallet prior to departure. For Bintan Island Village, you will need to present your Voucher at the ferry terminal in order to get your boarding pass.

   
 
  What do I do if there is a mistake in my Voucher?
   
 

Please call your Travel Agent or a Club Med Travel Consultants immediately in order to correct any inaccuracies in your Voucher. An amendment fee may apply, depending on the change required. For contact details, click here.

   
 
  Can I add extras to my booking ?
