What do Club Med All Inclusive prices include? |

All that is required for an enjoyable holiday is already included in the package price. Your meals are all included, tips are not necessary, and you don’t need to have your wallet with you all the time.
Choose from the extensive programme of activities, excursions and services, then relax and enjoy yourself without a care in the world! Club Med All Inclusive prices are based on a per person basis. |

In the Village, prices include: |

Accommodation in the selected room category. Please note that prices are based on a twin share basis. Single basis is available at a surcharge. |

Totally All-Inclusive Packages, available at selected Villages includes all day snacking and full bar service. The menu is subject to change and availability and responsible service of alcohol will be practiced.

If you select a Package including Transportation (Air Package), prices also include: |

How do I book? |

| |
There are different ways to make a reservation: |

On the website: |
| |
Visit the Package Rates page of the Reservation section. Select the Village you’d like to visit and City of departure and view estimated rates. From the rates table, click on the Book button to proceed.
After completing the Booking Request Form online, click on Submit. A Travel consultant will receive your request and after checking availability and rates, someone will contact you within two working days with a package proposal.
You will then receive a confirmation email with your Booking Proposal Form and Club Med Terms & Conditions. To confirm the reservation, you need to complete payment details on the Booking Proposal Form and email it to us.
Upon receive of the completed Booking Form, we will process a 20% of package cost and HK$240 Club Med Membership fee, per adult (unless otherwise stated). This deposit confirms your reservation. If your booking request is made within 30 days of departure, full payment will be processed to confirm your reservation.

When and how will I recieve my tickets? |
|

You will receive your Travel Wallet approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. The wallet will contain your airline ticket (if applicable) and your Club Med Voucher. The wallet will also include Club Med baggage tags, information on the Village including excursions offered and a copy of the Spa Village treatment menu. Our Travel Consultants will contact you to arrange collection. It can either be sent to you by Post (for Land package only) or you can choose to pick it up at the Club Med office. How can I pay? |

You can pay by credit card (by sending us the credit card authorization form), cheque or cash at the Club Med office. If your departure is within one week, credit card payment or cash is required. |

Is there a deposit and how much is it? |
|

To confirm your reservation, a deposit (20% of Package cost) and membership fee, per adult (12 years and over) is required. However, if your booking is made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required. Please note that Club Med will not be responsible and liable for any bookings auto-cancelled by the reservation system if payment deadline is not observed. |

What is the Club Med Membership fee? |
|

Your Club Med Membership fee includes complimentry basic travel insurance. Please ask for a copy of the insurance brochure for full details.
Membership is compulsory for all Club Med bookings for any adult above 12 years and above. Membership fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership is valid for one year, commencing on the date of deposit. Renewal is effective for one year from the date of initial membership. |
