How do I pay in the Village? |
|

You will be asked to leave your credit card details with Reception on arrival, this will allow you to charge purchases to your room, including Boutique, Club Med Spa, beverages and snacks from the bar and excursions. This will also allow you access to the in-room telephone. For convenience everything can be signed to your room - using the deposit card given to you upon arrival.
Purchases from the bar can be paid with the Club Med Pass. Boutique items, Club Med Spa treatments and excursions can be paid with local currency or charged to your room. Upon check out, full payment will be required for all items on your room account - by cash (local currency), traveller’s cheques or a valid credit. |

Is money exchange possible in the Village? |

At reception, Hong Kong Dollars can be exchanged for local currency. However, as we do not offer extensive foreign exchange and cannot guarantee to be able to covert your local currency back into Hong Kong Dollars, we recommend you exchange a small sum every time. |

Do I need to tip in the Village? |

Please do not tip within the Village. However, we recommend following the local custom outside the Village and refer you to the "Destination Guide" section of each village for details. |
