At Club Med, the health and safety of our staff (G.Os & G.Es), and guests (G.Ms) are our priority. As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to develop, our Asia resort teams have stepped up hygiene and safety measures in line with guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Given the evolving situation, a number of governments including Hong Kong government have issued inbound and outbound restrictions. If you have a trip planned in one of our resorts please check the respective country’s travel restrictions as well as the one of your destination to avoid being denied entry into the country.

HONG KONG New Peace of Mind Booking and Cancellation Policy
Given the rapidly changing travel restrictions imposed by governments, travel may not be at the top of your mind. Let us reassure that more than ever, Club Med’s priority is and remains the health and safety of our guests, G.Os and G.Es. We thank you in advance for continuing to put your trust in Club Med. We have updated our booking and cancellation policies to provide you the most flexibility we can offer to provide more certainty in your planning.
Booking date : before 31 December 2020
Travel Period : from 1 February 2020 to 30 April 2021
Special arrangement (updated on 14th Oct) :
1.Waiver of Club Med amendment fee for 2 times
- For the 1st amendment, guest must inform Club Med 7 days before the initial check-in date.
- For the 2nd amendment, guest must inform Club Med 30 days before the initial check-in date.
2.Travel credit* validity for a new trip
- For initial** Sun resort bookings: validity until 31 December 2021 (check-out before this date)
- For initial** Winter Snow resort bookings: validity until 30 April 2022 (check-out before this date)
*Credit can be used for one or several stays with an equivalent value. It is non-refundable, non-transferable to other traveler, non-convertible to cash. Should the new booking require a top up, you will need to pay the price difference and no refund is allowed. In case the price of new booking is lower than the original booking, a credit will be given for the remaining portion. New booking must be done with Club Med Hong Kong, no change applied on the payment terms. For Air Packages: airline handling/cancellation fee applies if any.

This Special Arrangement is applied to all bookings with an initial check-in date from 1 February 2020 to check-out date 30 April 2021 with existing credit. If you are already a credit holder, rest assured your credit voucher will be automatically extended for trips checking out before the above mentioned dates.
