Punta Cana Dominican Republic

love punta cana because of the staff including sephara reception, pepito, youyou, miguel, samuran and abdel. always an upbeat feeling anywhere you go. restaurant has good choices (virginie does a great job) as does joel, it's clean, staff is happy to do their job! rooms are spotless, bed comfy, ac worked super well. despite the center village not being there/construction, the resort is fully functioning and has a wonderful, close-knit family feeling. bar staff is friendly and helpful (charles was super fun and always had a smile on his face) and drinks were great. lots of dancing and evening dancing which we loved. sports equipment was well-maintained, so much to do during the day.

As a longtime Club Med member I am more than pleased with my experience at Club Med Punta Cana! The staff were friendly and worked extremely hard to ensure that I felt at home. They anticipated my every need, took time to explain all amenities, and assisted me with excursion plans which truly enriched my experience. They made sure I enjoyed every experience. I highly recommend dinner reservations at INDIGO. Chef Antoine is exceptional!! He prepared the best meal I've had this summer! Also, LEM Samarun is the perfect resort manager who immediately remembers your name and greets you with an amazing smile. If you like serenity I recommend staying at Zen Oasis. The rooms are gorgeous and a stones throw away from the exclusive pool complete with full bar! A very quiet place for relaxing or swimming laps (I practically lived in the pool/jacuzzi). Of course the resort spa was beyond amazing with stunning beach views. I can't say enough about Club Med Punta Cana. I will definitely be coming back ❤️

It was way better than my expectation. Location was great(only took 10min from airport) Kids club service was fantastic and I'd like to appreciate all the staffs of Mini Club and Petit Club. Salome, Banana and all other members(I wish I could remember all the staffs' name). Definitely recommend this resort to every family with kids.
I took golf and tennis lesson there with my wife, and the instructor knew what they're doing.

We greatly enjoyed our family trip to Punta Cana. We loved sailing, snorkeling, and our youngest (10) absolutely enjoyed and loved all the time spent learning on the trapeze with the circus. She has found a new love and was very sad when we had to leave and she could no longer do the afternoon advanced sessions.
