Rio Das Pedras Brazil

We stayed here for a week, and left on Sunday.

The rooms were great, clean, tidy and any issues we had got sorted very quickly.

The food in the main buffet area was great, the service was perfect and I don't think there was a single negative thing. We had Rafael as the waiter for a couple of nights (he was the best, just perfect and super nice guy)

There was plenty to do, and we all kept pretty busy, I found the staff to be super friendly and pretty chilled. As someone who spent years working in bars, hotels and kitchens it's one of those places that if you are nice to people they will be nice back. Thanks to the sports guys (Gaby and Coutinho , plus the others) for the smiles and banter.

There was only one negative moment, that was the booked restaurant, that was appalling, cold food, long wait, the wrong food, no service, broken glasses served (I would suggest that area to be avoided)

But, in general it was a great holiday and I thank you for keeping us smiling for the week! ❤️

Our experience was a very good one, but this is strongly emphasized by the fact that we went off-season and therefore could access competitive prices. On a like for like basis vs other all inclusive resorts in LatAm (Punta Cana, Playa del Carmen, etc), Club Med falls short, particularly when it comes to room quality and food variety.

The resort's location and grounds are truly beautiful. It is well secluded, which allows for amazing scenery.

Service quality is overall pretty good. The GOs as a norm are helpful and the people at bar & food stations are eager to help.

All in all, I would recommend this if you're looking for a good value for money option. But be aware this falls short vs. other all inclusive resorts in many fronts.

Spent a great week with 2 girlfriends at Club Med Rio Das Pedras. We all had a great time! Such a beautiful location: Great staff everywhere and a lot of fun activities. I particularly enjoyed wakeboarding with cool GOs, aquagym, fitness classes and a trail walk with Victoria and a Rio Excursion organized by Andrea that was SO good & caring - she found us the best driver and guide. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
