Kiroro Grand Japan

Great ski instruction with instructors able to help with individual problems even in group lessons. Excellent food with attention to detail in terms of plating and food combinations, which is very impressive when done at scale. Great family and celebratory atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at Kiroro Club Med. The resort has a wonderful onsen, great powder snow, delicious food, and excellent wine. The GO team was incredibly cheerful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Our snowboard instructor, Olita, was outstanding. Her teaching was very systematic, clear, and well-structured, with customized guidance that helped us improve gradually step by step. We could clearly feel our progress during the lesson. The only pity was that the lift queues were quite long, which reduced our practice time.

We were also deeply impressed by the hotel’s honesty and service. My daughter accidentally misplaced her Kobo and only realised it after we had already checked out. After contacting the hotel, the staff responded promptly, managed to locate it, and kindly arranged to mail it to my friend in Tokyo.

Overall, it was a memorable trip. The service, facilities, and people truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

What i really appreciate and miss most of Club Med is the staff. My snowboard instructors, Laura and Jero, made beginner, SB1 and SB2 lessons so much more memorable. They were supportive, friendly and always had the exact correction to give me when i am doing something wrong.
Another part of Club Med i enjoyed was the dance at night. Even if there weren’t many guests dancing, the staff dancing around me brought an immense amount of joy as we chanted to the upbeat songs. Bruno and Tansung really knew how to lead the dance, and i am beyond happy to have had that experience. Thank you Club Med.

This was our 2nd year in this ClubMed, we thought its gonna be hard to beat last year's experience but we were so wrong. The same staffs present recognized us and gave us the familiarity of warmth, the new staffs established connection very quickly and made us comfortable.

Room was very well maintained and cleaned daily. Little details like how we like our blankets folded, they took note of it and replicated.

Food was a big surprise. There was so much of variety and quality, and they made sure the menu was changed daily.

The staffs made all the differences. From the GM Zack, Head of accomm Hafiz, Head of F&B Sam, Bartenders Dolphin and Pearla, sports manager Ai, Kids club's Bam and all the amazing Ski coaches Will, James and Harry. We had a blast.

This is my second time coming to club med kiroro grand and it did not disappoint. There was a lot of variety in the food options and many Japanese specialties like sashimi etc. the nightly performances exceeded expectations and were highly anticipated. There was one GO in particular, Hinako, was very bubbly and warm. She took time to get to know us and made us feel comfortable here in club med kiroro grand. She encouraged us to take part in the various activities like the dancing segment at the end of every performance, making this trip even more memorable and enjoyable.
