Wonderful Family Stay with Excellent Service – Especially Benz!

We had a wonderful family stay at Club Med Sahoro in April 2026 and would highly recommend it!
The resort is beautiful, especially with the snowy landscape and great ski access. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families. Our rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall value for a Club Med all-inclusive experience was excellent.
A special highlight was my daughter’s birthday dinner. The restaurant manager, Benz, was fantastic — he went out of his way to make the evening memorable for her. Thanks to him, we had a really lovely and special celebration. The staff in general were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
We traveled as a family and left feeling relaxed and happy. We’d definitely come back!

Second time and very happy of our stay!
Great experience with ski instructors Mercedes, Luke, Kitty and Diego. We all progressed in our skiing skills. Kids and parents had a great time! Rooms are warm and comfortable, resort is easy and cozy, great canadian bath and gym, nice bar, and great after ski activities (mario games, just dance, trivia, etc.). The kids had a magical time! Food is decent but can be improved; e.g. more sushis, improving sauces that are watery and tasteless, hot dishes should have hot veggies instead of ice cold veggies. People are really pleasant in this resort. It’s really family oriented and we will come back!

For a complete peace of mind

The nearest airport to Club Med Sahoro is New Chitose International Airport and Tokachi-Obihiro Airport.

Hong Kong → Chitose: 5 hours 10 minutes minimum
Hong Kong → Obihiro: 9 hours 55 minutes minimum (1 stop)

Transfer to the resort is included in your fly & stay package and takes approximately 2 hours 45 minutes from New Chitose Airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Obihiro Airport.

Minimum altitude: 400m
Maximum altitude: 1,100m
Ski Level: All Types

Ski Runs:
• 9 green for beginners
• 5 red for intermediate skiers
• 7 black for experienced skiers
• 9 ski-lifts
• Domain Runs: 25km
• Ski-in ski-out

*During the low / peak and spring season, do note that operation of mountain and ski lifts are dependent on the mountain operator and weather conditions. Club Med does not operate the ski lifts & gondolas.
