Club Med Kiroro Peak
Staff were great, the food was great, the skiing and conditions were great, the rooms were good. The Japanese Barbecue was a big disappointment give it a miss. The whole family had a fantastic holiday. We are looking to book next year.

Powder, Perfection and a Policy that dissapoints!
What a week at Kiroro Peak!!!!
This holiday would have to be the lavish of the many ski holidays we have had around the world. Firstly the snow was amazing, from the groomed runs through to the powder in the trees. There is something for very level of skier. We had exceptional snowfalls every day and was treated to a bluebird powder on our last day.
The instructors became part of the family and dined with us at lunch and some dinners, a shout out to Eric and Anna, we cant wait to see you in OZ! Make sure you invite your instructors to lunch and dinner otherwise they need to eat later after the guest are finished
The food was incredible, with the choice of Eastern and Western cuisine, it catered to every taste, Gabriel and his team served a specialty dish every night which we always looked forward to in anticipation the stand outs would have to be the tuna, wagu and king crab. And not to forget the soups that welcomed us in off the slopes, sublime..
Eva ( GM) led a fantastic team of staff that were always present and part of the experience, the shows were fun especially as all the staff took part.
OK, now for some feedback on what could be done differently.
We came to Kiroro Peak expecting to ski "all terrain" with our instructor as this is what is stated in the ski levels, I am a Club 6 skier and we were told that they were not allowed to go through the trees as last year someone got injured. This was a Club Med International directive which the instructors and Eva had no control over. This is a bit of a deal breaker for me and many of the people I traveled with ( we were a group of 16). I would be happy to sign a waiver and pass a ski test in future to allow this to happen. I feel many guests will not return as a result of this directive and potentially go somewhere less expensive and hire a guide. We did eventually find our way but it was a bit scary without someone who knows the terrain.
Overall it was a great experience, let's hope they revert to being able to take us through the trees. I will watch this space!!

Great skiing, unfortunately no tree guided tree skiing
Had a great time however the level 5 and 6 instructors aren't allowed to take you to trees.if you want to learn the terrain you need to explore by yourself.
This was disappointing

Four years and counting—Kiroro Peak just keeps getting better!
This was our fourth consecutive year at Club Med Kiroro Peak, and I can honestly say it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had. Returning to a familiar place is always a treat, but this season felt particularly special, with the perfect balance of great energy and world-class service.
The atmosphere at the resort starts from the top, and the staff were absolutely fantastic this year. The Chief de Village, Eva, led a great and enthusiastic team that kept the vibes high throughout our stay. It’s clear that her leadership has created a culture where every guest feels genuinely welcomed and looked after.
A big, personal thank you goes out to snowboard instructor, Tom. He provided wonderful company and went above and beyond to make our downtime fun—he even taught us a new card game! It was also awesome to meet King, a fabtastic pool player. It’s those little moments of connection that make a Club Med holiday stand out from a standard ski trip.
In the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see Maki San again. Seeing her for the fourth time really enhanced our experience; her consistent warmth and hospitality make the dining room feel like home.
On the technical side, the instruction remains top-tier. The quality of the coaching definitely improved both my dad’s riding and my own. We felt challenged but supported the whole time, so a huge thank you to Eden, Cai, Milos, Velko, and Anna for their expert guidance on the mountain.
We are already looking at dates to rebook for next year. If you are looking for incredible powder and a team that treats you like family, Kiroro Peak is the place to be!

Exceptional Stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak – Highly Recommended
I recently returned from a wonderful four-day stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak (Feb 10–13, 2026), and the experience exceeded my expectations in every category.
Outstanding Service
The staff truly make the difference here. I want to specifically mention Eva at the Boutique. She was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. Her hospitality made our visit to the shop a delight, and her passion for guest service was evident.
Wellness and Atmosphere
Beyond the skiing, the wellness program is fantastic. I participated in both the yoga and meditation classes, which were expertly led. They provided a much-needed sense of tranquility and left me feeling completely relaxed and recharged.
Summary
Overall, Club Med Kiroro Peak offers a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Whether you are there for the snow or the relaxation, the quality of service and the amenities are top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
