The perfect way to wrap up the ski season!
Had another fantastic snow holiday at Club Med Kiroro Peak! To be honest, the snow was a bit slushy, but having this kind of volume and quality in mid-April is still impressive.
Although the mountain wasn’t fully open, there was still a good range of slopes from green to black. Best of all, it was hardly crowded.
My ski instructors, Eden and Gilbert, were excellent. I signed up for a group lesson, but it turned into a private one since no one else was at my level! One of the perks of traveling in the off-peak season 😆. They were both great at observing my skiing and offering different techniques tailored to my needs. Their explanations and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow, and I finally feel confident skiing in parallel on red runs.
A big thank you as well to Eva, Emily, Sal, Nicole, and Take-San for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable.
The perfect way to wrap up the ski season!

reommendation for Clubmed Kiroro Peak
I had an amazing stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak during the holiday. Even in April, there was still plenty of snow on the slopes, making for a surprisingly enjoyable spring skiing experience. Although the number of resort shuttle buses is reduced in spring, there are still direct options available, so getting around remains convenient.
A special shoutout to my ski instructor, Noah — he was fantastic. He speaks multiple languages, which made communication easy, and his attention to detail in explaining skiing techniques really helped me improve in a short time. As a GO, he was also warm and enthusiastic, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The dining experience was another highlight. There was a wide variety of food every day, and I especially appreciated the Chinese cuisine — it was very authentic. Chef Shun did an excellent job, and I’m glad Club Med made the effort to bring in an authentic Chinese chef to serve Chinese guests. The bar was also great, with the staff preparing a wide range of cocktails, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Overall, everything from the skiing to the service and food exceeded my expectations. Club Med Kiroro Peak is a perfect destination for a high-quality ski vacation. Highly recommend.

Excellent dining experiences.
Got a smaller room compared to last season; awkward room layout at the 5th floor as a result I hit my head twice (my height 6^'3") getting up at night.
Ski instructors were very good; tq Chris and Steve.
Didn't get into my room until 1600 hours, luckily Mr Take quickly sort it for us.
Dining experiences at the restaurants were super and excellent. A very good team leads by Rakesh and Maki. Maki especially as she made sure the table or most of the diners were well attended too and taken care of. TQ
Not so lucky with the snow condition compared to last year.
Still a good experiences.

OMG wonderful.
There are places that are satisfactory. There are places that are pleasant. Then, there are places which seem, from the very first moment, to have got hold of the right end of the stick. Club Med Kiroro Peak is one of those.
Set among the snowy calm of Hokkaido, Club Med Kiroro Peak is perfectly positioned for ski lovers. In just a few steps, you are at the foot of the slopes, ready to explore more than 20 kilometres of runs. These runs suit all abilities. The snow here is known for its exceptional quality: light, dry, and deep. Each descent has an effortless grace. Access from New Chitose Airport is straightforward. Direct transfers make arrival and departure simple. One feels at once looked after and entirely free. You step out into air so crisp it might have been polished overnight. Before long, you are gliding through powder that seems less like snow and more like a kindly arrangement made specially for your enjoyment.
The whole place is run with that rare sort of competence which never needs to announce itself. Everything simply works. The rooms are comfortable in the way rooms ought to be. They range from cozy Superior Rooms with serene mountain views to expansive Suites with spacious sitting areas. The amenities include heated ski-gear storage, plush bedding, and large soaking tubs. These are perfect for warming up after a day outside. There are also family rooms that easily accommodate groups. Clever layouts offer privacy and ample space for everyone to unwind.
The food is abundant and cheering after a day in the cold. Guests are spoiled for choice at the main restaurant, Yoichi. It offers generous buffet spreads featuring international cuisine as well as Asian and Japanese specialties. Breakfasts include fresh pastries and local fruit. Dinners might feature Hokkaido seafood, steaming ramen, or grilled meats prepared to order. Those seeking something more intimate can book an evening at The Ogon, the resort’s specialty restaurant. It offers a set menu celebrating Hokkaido flavours, from salmon sashimi to warming nabe hotpot. The lounge serves as a lively hub for coffee, après-ski snacks, and inventive cocktails.
The atmosphere is lively without ever becoming exhausting. One has the sense throughout that an enormous amount of thought has gone into making life easy. That is a luxury more valuable than many grander things.
The staff, too, deserve every praise. They are warm, capable, and have that invaluable talent for making hospitality seem natural rather than performed. Nothing feels forced, yet everything feels attended to. As newcomers, we were immediately guided through the ski rental process, with staff ensuring our equipment was perfectly suited to our needs and abilities. The daily ski lessons, offered for all levels, were conducted with skill, patience, and a sense of fun, helping both beginners and seasoned skiers feel confident on the slopes. Off the mountain, a lively program of entertainment and activities fills the evenings, including live music, shows, group games, and cultural workshops. Special mention goes to Martine in the ski shop, whose knowledge and attentiveness made every gear fitting easy, and to Loic, the Entertainment Director, who brought the resort community to life each night with enthusiasm. While the staff were predominantly young, Martine and Loic stood out as pillars of the team's energy and dedication.
We were sceptical about the all-inclusive resort. However, this place is amazing and offers incredible value for money for precisely this reason. The all-inclusive package covers virtually everything. It includes all meals, gourmet buffets, specialty dining, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Daily lift passes grant full access to the slopes. Group ski and snowboard lessons suit all skill levels. The use of the resort's wellness facilities, like the sauna and hot tub, is also included. Evening entertainment and activities are part of the package, which is standard feature of Club Med, these are a highlight! Equipment rentals, airport transfers, and even childcare options are included. There are very few unexpected extras. Our holiday cost three times as much as our last skiing trip to Japan. Still, with all these essentials provided, we found the experience genuinely hassle-free and well worth it. Club Med, a special thank you.
Club Med Kiroro Peak understands that a mountain holiday should not be a struggle in disguise. It should be joyful, restorative, and a bit exhilarating. Here, it is exactly that. You arrive expecting a good ski holiday and leave wondering how ordinary resorts manage to be so ordinary.

Top notch experience through and through.
Service was unparalleled. Ski class was my highlight and my instructor Rodo deserved all the credit. He took a bunch of us first day beginner skiers up the family lift and guided us down amidst our initial panic with a much calm and ease. We were so pumped. It wouldn’t have been a great ski day had it not been for Rodo. I think going during off peak towards the end of the season helped as well especially for beginners like me. The room was a bit warm on my first night but we were told to crack open the window to let the air in and it helped. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. Liam the restaurant manager was exceptional, so professional and so attentive to everyone and so genuine. All the servers were super friendly and engaging. Poker night on my last day was super fun. Thanks to all who played! Hope to be back.
