Beat family holiday! Me and my sisters family 7 of us! We had great time here.

We don’t have to worry to get big tables because all the meals are included. Inspecially lunch time. Ski in and out and have nice lunch is very relaxing for mum like me. And a lot of variety for everyone

We also met a very lovely coach. April! She’s very patient and encouraging. My 6 years old girl know how to ski in 2 days. Can stop down the hills (magic carpet level) and make some turn.

More highlight is the show at night. One night all the kids from mini club was invited to the stage for dance performance. And the other night there is Acrobat show. And they are actually the staff members or ski coaches working in the resort. Many of the staff are very multi skilled and very passionate where they are working! For example the GM is also a great MC.

Will stay again next year!

Excellent service in the middle of the mountain. Great feeling to come back exhausted from the slopes and have all there for you catered by very kind people like Ivo in the Haku Restaurant, Tonat in the main restaurant, Juan in the theatre, Ricardo and Catalina providing the equipment, Sofia in the reception and actually all people there with the best spirit and energy in Club Med. We’ve been in Cherating, Bintan, Bali and Phuket and this time wanted to try something different from the beach and it was no surprise to get to know that the service provided by Club Med is never going to disappoint us. Congrats Club Med and its people!!

This is my third vacation at a Club Med resort, and like always, they delivered an amazing experience with minimal effort on planning or reservations. Club Med Tomamu in beautiful Hokkaido offers a hassle-free ski vacation with everything you need.

The spacious, clean rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access is unbeatable. You also get free access to a shared hot spa at a neighboring resort, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Dining is another highlight, with three buffet meals daily featuring a wide variety—from sushi and steak to burgers and pizza—plus unlimited drinks.

The most incredible part is their ski team. They help you find the perfect gear and offer excellent ski and snowboarding classes for all levels. A huge shoutout to my snowboarding coach, Braca, who guided me through the mountains, cutting through trees and chasing powder—a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

This is our 3rd Club Med holiday. We have done France, Mauritius and here. We have 4 boys aged 7 to 13. It is a top notch holiday for everyone including the parents not having to think about food 4 times a day. We have a sone with coeliac , the staff are fantastic and go out of the way to help. Rooms are great. Facilities are great. Food as a buffet that changed menu 3 times a day.7 days a week is amazing. People complaining on here about terible food and chaos with kids running around are obviously massive Karens and should shove off to another holiday by themselves maybe in a cave somewhere. There are more young families with little kids on this holiday than others we have been to but obviously suites the Aussie market as 90%of people here are from Australia. Unfortunately a few sick kids with gastro but that van happen to any resort anytime and does not mean that is the standard... its not. Its called an outlier.

Best bit of it all Tino and solid super dude behind the bar that made us his secret cocktail the T&T... the Best. Slurp that thing down in one gushbor sip it slowly. Had everyone enquiring where to get one. See Tino and ask for his Special Cocktail.

Great holiday.great activities for kids. Great value. Great food. Whinges will whinge about anything and everything.
