O lugar é maravilhoso, com uma vista linda e uma gastronomia realmente excelente. Gostaria de destacar especialmente a Elisângela, do restaurante, que nos atendeu sempre com muita simpatia, atenção e um sorriso no rosto.
Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que o check-in poderia ser mais cuidadoso. Mesmo já tendo me hospedado quatro vezes, desta vez não recebi muitas orientações sobre a hospedagem e também não tivemos auxílio com as malas na chegada. No geral, porém, foi uma experiência muito agradável e espero voltar em breve.
Tivemos uma ótima experiência! O atendimento foi excelente, especialmente da Elisangela, que foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e cordial durante todo o atendimento. Fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Parabéns à equipe pelo excelente serviço!
