You will also find a 182 sq.ft. equipped kitchen, a living room and a 742 sq.ft. dining room.

This 3,500 sq.ft. villa on a private plot of 25,220 sq.ft. can accommodate up to 9 people including 6 adults, 1 child under 12 years old and 2 babies under 2 years old, offers intimate and spacious accommodation: two Prestige bedrooms of 462 sq.ft. and 527 sq.ft. with dressing, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a Comfort bedroom of 344 sq.ft. with private bathroom.

You will also find a 182 sq.ft. equipped kitchen, a lounge and a dining room of 925 sq.ft.

Outside there is a wooded garden which includes a Mauritian veranda of 538 sq.ft. and a private swimming pool with an overflow of 484 sq.ft. for quiet and privileged moments.
