5/5 • 6/5/2025Very nice team and friendly to kids. Especially for the mini club, with their activities, we can enjoy the holiday very well.
All of the foods are free to have, and variety of drinks and fruits .
The room has 3beds so that everyone can have their own bed to sleep well.
The beach is clean and soft.

The environment is serene and picturesque, with the highlight being our ocean-view room; waking up to the sea was pure bliss. The dining options were diverse and catered to all tastes, making it a culinary delight for everyone. G.O.s were incredibly welcoming, and a special shoutout to Jacky Fang for his outstanding hospitality. Amazing trip
5/5 • 4/5/2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Club Med Bintan! From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized, welcoming, and fun for the entire family. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Mini Club experience for our child.
The GO team at the Mini Club were truly outstanding — warm, energetic, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Rere, Syasya, Ploy, Hayley, Kimi, Lina, Ananda, Angel, Sandra, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Finn, and Dimas. You all made our child feel safe, happy, and excited every single day. The activities were engaging, age-appropriate, and most importantly, filled with joy and laughter.
It’s clear that the team goes above and beyond to ensure the children have fun while also learning and socializing. We were so impressed with the level of attention and enthusiasm they brought to their work.
Thank you again for making our holiday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be recommending Club Med Bintan to all our friends and family!

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents). This risk concerns rural areas only, not coastal or urban areas.
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
