Club Med is fantastic and Karla who does the amazing family activities is the jewel of the resort. The entire family looked forward to meeting up with her for fun, family friendly activities each day. My daughter loved the arts and crafts and the boat race!!! Amazing family is really an understatement. If you’re looking for the perfect vacation Club Med Cancun is it!! Say Hi to my friend Karla at amazing family!

Club med is a great place to have fun. Sandra was so friendly and kind with us. The pool in Aguamarina was clean. The food was delicious. We liked a lot the familiar shows. Pedro in the buggy sang with us traditional Mexican songs. Thanks to all GOs and all the people that works in Club Med that made a great experience to our family.

My better half and I stayed in an Aguamarina suite in the period Oct. 11-16, 2025. Here are few of our most salient experiences and observations.

THE VILLAGE STAFF CHAMPIONS
Now, being all smiles, hugs and chatty is easy to do for most people. However, being on the ball and effective in addressing guests needs and expectations is much more difficult, and that is where in our experience our champions have been excelling.
Andre, the Aguamarina compound manager is a top gun in our books. He gets things done well, with no delays, pronto. The fact he is also a very congenial young man, that helps too. In our opinion, Andre could take over the CDV position today, and then make even a bigger positive impact on the entire village operation.
Carlos Sanchez from the Planning Dept. also has got things done for us, time and time again, in a professional and cool manner.
Enrique has been working in the room cleaning service for three months only. And yet, in that short time he has been organized and performing his job like we have never seen in that important resort function at any time in any Club Med resorts. We hope that young man's talents are recognized by the resort management.
Antonio, the "bell boy" from Aguamarina, is a veritable excellence and congeniality ambasador for the Village. Energetic, hard working and helpful in the extreme, with natural PR talents. He even tried to teach us some Yucatec Maya phrases, which we are thankful for. My wife and I have fallen in love with that man. (insert a "smiley").
Mario has been a waiter in the Taco Arte restaurant for some time now. His service-to-guests orientation is very strong, and whatever asked to do, he gets on it with passion. Interacting with him has also been lottsa fun.

THE FOOD
This time the food has been equal, if not better, to anything we have experienced in Club Med Cancun since 1997. The variety and quality was tops. The pastries were work of art, simply irresistible. Alas, we are not quite sure who has been responsible for a clear food improvement in the past year, so we can not give any ad hominem credits here.
