Very nice service, notably from Rafael at the Taco Arte restaurant. Pickleball early in the morning is a blast!

The additions of the aquapark and new Kids club are wonderful. The GOs staying with children are great, smiling and involved. The pickleball courts are still pristine. Sailing team is also very friendly and involved.
We noticed the food in general wasn’t as great as last year and the rooms need a refresh, we often heard members complain about issues, mostly minor but nitnwhat you want to deal with while on holiday (leaks, lights not working, doors not closing properly, etc.).
The location is excellent, with various atmospheres and a lot of luxurious native plants all around.
We’ll go back definitely when we hear the rooms have been renovated and the new pool has opened.

This property is beautiful with multiple different angles and types of coastline: white powder sandy beach, snorkeling reef and a quiet protected beach on the southern end. But what sets this resort apart is the staff and GO’s. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We loved the yoga with Magali, the pickleball facilities and tournaments with Julio, Ismael & Jorge, late afternoon Ceasars with Jorge at Aquamarina bar (best Ceasar I’ve ever had and I’m Canadian!) and evening conversations with Meaghan. My husband loved the morning runs with Jack and Chava. There really wasn’t a staff member who wasn’t helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping always left our room feeling clean and fresh. Lastly, we loved the food. The main buffet had such delicious and healthy choices. We loved the morning fresh juice. A highlight was the white party surprise flash mob in the buffet! Would recommend for a family who is active and up for a good time! Thank you for having us!
