Cancún Mexico

This is our second time here, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The resort, the food, and the sea are amazing. From check-in to everything throughout our stay, Loulou has been passionate, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She was truly a lifesaver, even helping us deal with laundry when we really needed it, which made our time in Cancún so much smoother and more enjoyable.

The only suggestion we would make is regarding the room — it feels a bit old, and there was a noticeable drain/sewer smell at times. Overall, we are very grateful for the service and highly recommend this place, especially thanks to Loulou’s outstanding support.

We said it before, and we'll say it again: if it were not for ANDRE WOOTHSHEAN and his team taking care of us within Andre's Aguamarina complex, we would not keep going back to Club Med Cancun. Those people are absolutely professional, friendly, cordial, and all our requests and needs were acted upon effectively and PRONTO. Here's one example of Andre's leadership style: on his day off, Andre came to the Reception early in the morning in order to join his reception team who bid farewell to us, as we were heading to the airport and back home. To us, that example. as well as many others we have seen during our Aguamarina stay, show real commitment, and a pursuit of resort management excellence.
MAXIMILIANO aka MAXX , a Sailing GO, was also a great companion and a sailing demonstrator. We shared a number of meals with him and had many pleasant conversations. Paolo, the Sailing Supervisor with a great sense of humour was fun to chat with.
ANTONIO , the behind-the-scene mover in Aguamarina , always brightened our days with his smile and boundless energy. He was also my husband's Yucatec Maya mentor, assisted by Sandra from the Aquamarina reception.
ISRAEL, the falconer from Taco Arte, a generous soul and a gentleman, enriched our meals at Taco Arte.
PEDRO and EDUARDO were within-resort shuttle drivers with special distinction. Boy, can Pedro ever sing Mexican classics !
ENRIQUE and ESMERALDA were an excellent housekeeping team.
Fine athletes and fun lads, SALVADOR aka CHAVA and JACK POWER lead our morning walking tour.
RICARDO, the restaurant manager has been making good improvements to the La Hacienda meal quality. His pastry chef is top notch.
KATY and VIKTORIA from the Boutique, always willing to help, always cordial and friendly.
We had also much fun interacting with JASON (acting CDV), and FELIPE ( admin mgr.) and JEAN-PHILIPPE, the supercharged bar manager.

We spent the first week of December at Club Med in Cancun with our daughter, son-in-law and two grand kids. This is the place to go if you have kids. They offer so many activities. Food is very good. They have the best buffet restaurant that I have ever seen. The beach area was fantastic and well maintained. If you can afford the upgrade to the Jade Collection it is really special but the main hotel is quite nice.

Our family had an amazing time! The entire staff was very friendly and there’s an amazing sense of community at any Club Med but by far Cancún was our favorite. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and ESPECIALLY Yesenia and Tomás the bartenders who provided us with amazing drinks and friendly service. The food was amazing (Try the Fish!) We had an amazing experience with Jean-Pierre as well and a few other notable G.O.s. Thank you Club Med Cancún!
