Restaurant: amazing service with constantly attentive to guests. Special shout out to; Benz, Chandra, Nando, Johan and Chef. They have made our dining experience extra special! Varieties of food was great at main restaurant.

Teen club: GO Elsa with full energy 24/7, making sure the teens feeling very comfortable at all time. Every single day my son had a great time from early morning till late.
Mini club: huge appreciation to all GO mini club Team! My daughter wanted to extend the stay as she had so much fun doing all activities everyday.

Circus team: Saya, Nana, Vicky and Hiro, thank you for detailed coaching and experience on trapeze.

Scuba Diving facility being at the club med was great! And price was reasonable too. Thanks to Euro divers for diving experience at Ishigaki.

Overall the resort is a bit run down, and we felt that they are not enough GO compared to other ClubMed we have been to.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support my friends and I received from your team during our recent visit to Club Med.

When we experienced problems with our car, we were quite anxious about how to handle the situation. However, your staff provided us with exceptional assistance.
Loren was very approachable and comforting, encouraging us to enjoy our stay while assuring us that they would help us contact a car rental company. His sense of responsibility in passing our concerns to her colleagues was truly admirable.

Shiho demonstrated remarkable patience, helping us with translations and contacting the car rental company multiple times on our behalf. Her efforts in communicating with them made a significant difference for us.

Manaka was also incredibly helpful, providing a warm welcome and outstanding service. She offered various suggestions and arranged our transportation back to the city. I particularly appreciated her follow-up the next day to check on our situation.

Additionally, all the other Club Med staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thanks to their support, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.

The lunch was delicious with plenty of options, and the environment was very beautiful.

Kyle’s presence during lunch and dinner always brings more insights of life as a Club Med GO which makes mealtime more interesting. 😍
Mini Club Jake and Finance Leo: Jake and Leo joined me for dinner and drinks at the bar. I had so much fun chatting and hearing their experiences that made me laugh so hard. Their presence was a comfort when I extended my stay alone. I had a great time chatting and laughing with them. What a destressing trip! 🫶🏻
Bartender Ling: First time trying your special cocktail and it was good! Continue to create more. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me at the beach! 🥰
Boutique Ya Ya: A beautiful lady with sweet smiles. Your smile brightens the day! Thank you for your recommendation and patience when I couldn’t decide the design to purchase. Also, joining me for dinner and sharing your experiences. 🫰🏻
