Punta Cana Dominican Republic

This is not an inexpensive trip but if you are one that loves activities, then this resort is your place! From 8AM-2AM, they have many options available for you from walks, yoga, pickleball, tennis, sailing, circus, paddleboarding, bocce, movies, dancing, etc. There is something for most anyone! They also offer lessons which were fun, a chance to meet others, and worth attending!

If you are a "foodie" then don't choose this Club Med. Although the food was average and there were plenty of available options in their 2 buffet station style restaurants, it was not over the top. If you want a leisure relaxed meal, then this is also not the place to go as the 2 restaurants are filled with lots of people all scurrying around at the many food stations available, looking for the meal. If you are a wine drinker this is also not the place as their options were red, white, rose and not good. They do have 1 restaurant which was again, average. we'd almost say that our meals in the buffet were better.

We payed extra to be in the Zen Area (adults only) which was disappointing. The room layout, although large, had a bed that was awful. Like sleeping on a brick. The location of our room was also away from the Zen area so it didn't have the same ambience as one located around the Zen Pool. The plus side was our transport to/from the airport was a breeze! We were in a car just my husband and myself. No bus, no waiting, and personalized. Nice bonus! Overall, not sure we would pay the extra money for the Zen experience as anyone can sit at the Zen pool and use that bar. If other resorts wouldn't allow you to use these then would have to give it consideration.

We both agreed that we would go to a Club Med Resort again because of the varied activities available. The resort itself was beautiful! Clean, open spaces, plenty of walkways, great large open spaces to sit in the evening, and the weather was perfect! We both had a fantastic vacation especially when our home state was experiencing subzero temperatures and snow! Would recommend this resort just know what you might be getting into!

Traveled to Club Med Punta Cana for a week in February 2026 - group consisted of myself (5 months pregnant), my husband, and our 21 month old son.

We loved the trip! We stayed in the Tiara Exclusive area and it was worth the money. We received instant support via text message whenever we needed it, easy buggy requests across the resort, help booking activities, etc. The transfer to and from the airport as well as checking in and out was a breeze.

If you’re looking for a great place to take your young family, this is it. My son loved it! From the food choices just for kids to the onsite childcare (amazing experience, would recommend) to the various pools, slides, water attractions, and playgrounds, we couldn’t ask for more. Nearly every group was pushing kids in strollers and we never felt out of place.

I spent 4 weeks in club med Punta Cana.
Great experience thanks to the GOs.everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were very spoiled by chef Antonio and chef Zoubir who made excellent dishes ! Some of us were kosher so they served us kosher chicken and burgers which was very appreciated.
The entertainment was great.always something happening!! We loved watching Royce dancing .would have loved to have dance lessons with him.
The Monday night cocktail at the Tiara was a must see.Christel gave an outstanding performance which made everyone get on the dance floor.she's unbelievable.
I can't end my review without mentioning Melanie,Cynthia and Dany for their fantastic step classes which I attended every day !! That's how good they were!! 5 stars to all of them.
I definitely recommend this club and I will surely ole back

Excellent activities for the family, great instructors including Jorge at golf training and Sam at the children’s archery. The beach and waterpark were great for kids, and the food at the buffet and restaurants was great. The only negative was the room was in need of updating, but it works.
