Kiroro Grand

We stayed at Club Med Kiroro Grand from June 22nd to 26th, straight 4 nights. The entire experience could have been better if the front desk managed better the issue when we had air conditioner shut down in the last night staying in club med. It took more than 2 hours for the engineers to check up the room. (They entered the room twice and even asked us to “test” for them because they could not define what’s the issue from……….)The issue wasn’t resolved until midnight while we have young kids(1 year and 6 years ) travel with us. And they locked all windows because of safety concerns so we have no fresh air nor air conditioner running for more than 3 hours.

It’s quite an unbearable experience that none of the alternative was offered at the time. I acknowledge fun is the main theme for club med but at the same time could have trained the employees better how to manage the crisis and take measurements. This could be the deal breaker despite how much fun we had.

Especially Jen, Tong, Joa, Bew, teen's club Reka, sports team Kai, Kensei, Jimmy and Alan. Golf and tennis classes are really professional. Swimming pool is clean and quiet. Onsen is perfect as well. Diverse food and unlimited berverage are too our taste, yummy yummy. We really have a good summer time here

Wonderful experience here. The place was nice and comfy with superb service from highly diverse GO team. They were super friendly and energetic. Some of them delivered the service over my expectation. We were full all the time with quality meals and breaks throughout the day. Food was great especially the desserts! Bar service was excellent. The shows by staffs was enjoyable. Lots of activities to choose. I definitely will be back again for Club Med.

The staff are friendly and take good care of the guests. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and very comfortable. There are many activities to do. The food is delicious and has a variety.

The building is so beautiful and the food and bar are also delicious. G.O.s are all so friendly especially the teens club G.O.s "Chicken nuggets" and "Old man",I had such a fun time playing with them and the other teens. Also love the walking,hiking and the sports classes, I love tennis so much, wish to play it again, mountain boarding is also really fun ,maybe I'll use the skills that are taught to try snow board in the winter. I really love the time at club med kiroro grand so much that I don't wanna go back haha, wish to come back some days, I'll miss you😭😭
