Traveling is something that usually bothers me a lot. This time, however, I ended up in a truly wonderful place. Not just because everything was impeccably organized —which is to be expected in places like this— but because Club Med really achieves excellence through the warmth and genuine connection their staff create with the guests, especially with the children.

We were looked after by Belfi and Shun, two young people full of vitality and a contagious zest for life that truly inspired our kids. We also met Fede and Camila — one made me rediscover how fun sports can be when lived with true passion, and the other showed incredible sweetness and care while looking after the little ones in the kids’ club.

In short, this wasn’t just a vacation. It was a lesson in joy, connection, and humanity. Thank you guys! :))

We went for summer golf and tennis. My son did Tennis Academy with Fred and had a great time. Very high quality instruction and fun. The golf instruction was also very good. We had a great trip.

We had 5 unforgettable days here—full of joy and surprises!
Huge thanks to our GO Jen for making everything smooth and fun, and to Kyle, Lucy, Omen, and Labubu for giving our kids the best time ever at the mini and Teen’s clubs.
Also thanks to the awesome sports team Jimmy, Alan, Fede, and Kensei—you made every activity so easy and refreshing.

The overall environment of Club Med was excellent. All the GOs are super friendly and helpful. It was lovely seeing them around, we get to know their roles in Club Med and it was amazing meeting GOs from all over the world. Miya from reception was very welcoming when she checked us in and introducing us to the resort, she even gave us crabs during our last day at Club Med. Fede and Tanjung from Sports Center are very professional when teaching us mountain board and bike. Their safety awareness is high and having them as instructor was excellent! We had a great time hanging around and chatting during meals. We get to know Teendayi and Reka who joined us for lunch one day and they were amazing and it was great getting to know them. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to Arda from Sports Center, he was just incredible and having him during our walks was amazing. He was always ready to help and a genuine person when treating us and even other GOs. He was the highlight of our stay in ClubMed!
