Peisey-Vallandry France

Wonderful venue for family holiday for all ages, skiers and non skiers. Non skiers are able to access gondola to top mtn and walk around carefully and visit the café. Enormous range of skiing slopes for beginners to advanced. skiers. Amazing variety of food presented creatively on slopes, in bar and restaurant. Good to have all inclusive inc drinks to enable budgeting.

We stayed at Club Med Peisey Vallandry over New Year and we were very impressed.
It's smaller and older than other Club Med hotels we've visited but actually, that wasn't a problem.
Although busy, there was always space for our large group to sit in the restaurant; food was plentiful and of excellent quality (although more vegetarian choice and clearer labelling would have been appreciated).
Bar staff were fabulous and super efficient. Our check in was smooth and all of my interactions with the reception staff were positive. I really enjoyed the stretching classes run each evening by Gibi and I enjoyed my massage in the spa so much that I went back for another one.
The pool was clean and an adequate size. The sauna and steam room were great.
Cleaning staff were working constantly and I have to say that this Club Med seemed to take guest hygiene more seriously than elsewhere - eg the buffet seemed more closely monitored and there were lots of tongs for serving food.
The boot room was a little crowded and I disliked having to go up and down stairs in my ski boots to get to the ski in/ski out area. However, the staff in the shop were excellent at ensuring we had the right kit and once up the dreaded stairs, the ski area was lovely.
Bit disappointed by my ski instructor this year who spent more time jumping on and off the side of the piste rather than instructing but I think that's a matter for ESF rather than Club Med.

We’ve stayed at many Club Meds, but Peisey Vallandry was hands-down the best—truly beyond expectations. Even during the busy Christmas week, the service was flawless, attentive, and effortlessly smooth.

The ski-in/ski-out location is unbeatable, with direct access to Peisey, La Plagne, and Les Arcs and their stunning slopes. The ESF team was outstanding—special 🫶 to Richard (Group 2B) for sharpening both my skiing and my French! Après-ski at the departure area felt like a daily party, rivaling La Folie Douce 🎉

Christmas Eve was pure magic: Santa’s arrival, flowing champagne, spectacular fireworks—easily one of our most memorable Christmas Eves ever. The entertainment all week was impeccably planned and simply next level 🥳

The food was exceptional, balancing healthy, indulgent, and luxurious options—foie gras, oysters, and premium seafood on many nights 😋 The bar service was lightning-fast and friendlier than most cash bars 👍😂

Camile, Lucas and Yoann are the best and the are very funny and cool. The show that we did togheter was very cool and funny too.
