We travelled for 4 nights and enjoyed the guides, the facilities, food and downhill biking, hiking, gondola rides and fitness activities. We were on the move all day and enjoyed the great food and drinks as well. Highly recommend!

We recently held a family reunion at Club Med Charlevoix with 43 family members ranging from 2 to 70 years old, and we had a wonderful time!

What we loved most was the food. The variety and quality were outstanding, with something for everyone. It accommodated plant-based, ketogenic, and everything in between, ensuring there was something for every guest. The international cuisine was diverse, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious.

The activities were excellent and kept everyone entertained. Our family especially enjoyed the biking activities, hiking trails, gondola rides, yoga classes, gym, and fitness classes including HIIT, Pulse, Mobility, and Zumba, to name just a few. The hot tubs, swimming pool, and AquaFit classes were also popular among our group. The hiking was amazing, with breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and surrounding mountains. The gondola was equally enjoyable, providing stunning panoramic views and allowing everyone in our group to experience the beauty of the region.

The bar service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Despite the resort being busy, we never had to wait long for service.
The children absolutely loved the resort. They enjoyed hiking, the circus program, soccer, and the nightly shows. They were also thrilled with the special treats, from cotton candy to ice cream.

The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of cupboard and storage space. They worked very well for our family's needs, although we admittedly didn't spend much time in them because we were too busy enjoying all the activities the resort had to offer!

Wi-Fi worked great! No issues whatsoever.

Parking was easy, we dropped all our suitcases in the lobby and then parked in the free parking lot, it was just a short walk to the resort so no problems.

A special thank you to the wonderful staff throughout the resort. The buffet restaurant team was outstanding, and we'd particularly like to recognize Ali, who greeted and served us with a smile every day. There were many other staff members who contributed to making our stay memorable, even though we did not catch all their names.

A special shout-out as well to Nicolas Cutter, Chief of Village, who went above and beyond for our group. As we were celebrating several birthdays and a couple of wedding anniversaries, he arranged for the chef to prepare the famous white chocolate bread for us. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special. Thank you, Nicolas!

If we could suggest a couple of enhancements, it would be to offer an adult karaoke night. Our family loves karaoke, and while the kids' karaoke show was great, we would have enjoyed an opportunity for the adults to participate as well. We would also love to see the Chalet remain open until midnight, even without food or beverage service. It is such a beautiful and welcoming space, and it would be wonderful to have a place where families and friends could gather in the evening to play board games, chat, and spend more time together.

Overall, Club Med Charlevoix truly offers something for every age group and interest. Our entire family left with wonderful memories, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for large family gatherings, multigenerational vacations, or anyone looking for an active and enjoyable getaway!

Club Med is good for family with very young children ( especially for winter/ski holidays) and it would benefit from an adult only area at Le Massif; the place is noisy and if you are looking at a time away from kids, this place may not be for you.We went on a whale watching excursion. There were issues with the bus. No lunch was provided; a small lunch bag, given that we paid for all inclusive holiday, would be a welcome gesture; the boat was a large ferry and visibility was limited. There are smaller boats available and Club Med should be able to afford their rental. My star ratings: Facilty 4/5, Food 5/5, Choice of Wine and Scotch 2/5, Whale Watching Exursion 3/5, Room 4/5( AC not working well but fantastic views).
Handling of the ski strike at Le Massif and unwillingness of Club Med to reimburse the money 0/5 stars.
