The resort is beautiful and the staff are perpetually working to keep it that way, The rooms are well-designed for families and still feel relatively new. The resort doesn’t feel enormous, which is good because it never feels like you have too far to walk.

Regarding the kids’ and baby club, the staff are all wonderful, but especially Enola (who watched over my 5 month old) and Elsa (who was with my 5 year old). The pajama club offers a great option for babysitting if parents want to have dinner without the kids.

The food was the biggest surprise. I never have super high expectations when it comes to the food at an all inclusive, so I was really surprised at how good everything was. Certainly the best “buffet” style food I’ve ever had. My wife and I wondered if the standards had to be higher to cater to the largely French guests who are used to a higher standard of cuisine than North Americans.

The only thing about the trip that was less than ideal was outside the control of Club Med: it rained most of the time we were there.

The location and atmosphere at Club Med Miches does not disappoint. What differentiated our 2nd visit from our first was the readiness, efficiency and willingness from the GO’s to address any questions or hiccups that we encountered. Sometimes the best service is shown to us through the efforts in trying to help out. Thank you to the staff at reception especially Iara, Glada and Elizabeth for your professionalism, accessibility and friendliness. Hoodler at La Cave was not only an excellent sommelier but was attentive to our very different tastes in picking out two wonderful scotches capping off a great evening. Thank you Marie from the Spa for your friendliness as well as many laughs during Crazy signs and dancing in the evening. Bonus this trip, we were able to enjoy one of the 4 special wellness weeks with specialized instructors. The rooms in the adults only section are beside the zen pool (kept clean on an environmentally friendly way) and this section is more quiet and relaxing for couples. The high quality of food, shows and activities is worth the value.

10/10 for location, service, staff and food! Place is huge, even full it's never crowded, so much to do and lots of equipment! Love our 2 weeks!

For a luxury all-inclusive resort, I expected impeccable table service. The food was excellent, but it was difficult to get a table. The servers didn't dare clear a table, even if it only contained a glass of water and a few utensils, for fear that the guests would return. It was difficult to get coffee in the morning or wine at other times without frantically waving at the servers. They seemed disorganized. But this is my only complaint about the resort; the rest was awesome.

I appreciated Guerline moving a table to accommodate us (because her colleague refused to clean one). She made my birthday dinner a success. Viktor also made our last dinner a fantastic evening. Omar showed us how to make an excellent ceviche. And what can I say about Juan at the bar, who took the time to ask my preferences to create the perfect drink for me! (see picture) And kudos to all the amazing GOs who have boundless energy and always a smile! Anabelle, Marie, Johnny (archery), Lorenzo, and many others.
